Marketing Manager

Communications & Marketing

We seek an experienced Marketing Manager to celebrate our youth community, showcase the impact of our services, and champion the importance of youth work.

You will work closely with our Co-Founder and CMO to evolve our marketing and communications strategy, collaborate with our exciting network of educators and employers, showcase our impact and amplify young voices. 

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a Marketing Management role for a charitable or education-to-employment organisation.

+ Salary: £33k to £36k per annum pro rata, pending experience

+ Contract type: Fixed term one-year contract

+ Days/Hours: Four days, 32-hour working week

+ Location: Central Brixton

+ Reporting to: CMO

+ Line Management: Social Media Officer

As our Social Media Officer, you will have an exciting opportunity to showcase our youth services and celebrate the achievements of our service users.

We are looking for a confident creative with excellent content production skills who can energize our online presence and foster engagement in our mission.

+ Contract type: Fixed term six-month contract

+ Days/Hours: Three days, 24-hour working week
