Spiral works to ensure every young person is excited about their future, motivated to make it a reality, and equipped with the essential skills they need to succeed. We deliver immersive career programmes and events, one-to-one support, and empower lived-experience change makers.

PROGRAMMES

Our three tiered career programmes are designed to empower young individuals at various stages of their journey into employment. Tailored for delivery in schools, colleges, and pupil referral units, our engaging programmes foster the development of essential skills, positive attitudes, and ambitious aspirations among young participants.

MENTORING

We offer personalised one-on-one support services for individuals aged 16-30 who are currently not engaged in education, employment, or training. Through a series of 10 complimentary sessions, young people are encouraged to delve into their values, establish meaningful goals, and connect with opportunities aligned with their interests.
